Q: How long does it take to receive my bobblehead?

A: There are several options for the speed of sculpting and shipping during you place an order. It will take at least 10-40 business days to get your bobblehead from the next day you place your order.

It depends solely on the Sculpting Time in addition to the Shipping Method you select during checkout. The ship-out date of your bobblehead is directly affected by the number of changes you might request(every change will require additional 2-5 business days).

Sculpture Service Option:

1: Vip Service& Fast Sculpting:

①Fastest sculpting time: 2 business days to complete the product. (No proofing).
②Faster sculpting time: Provide face proof within 5 business days, and 10 business days to complete the product. 

2: Standard sculpting time: Provide face proof within 12 business days, and 20 business days to complete the product. 

Shipping Service Option:
①Express shipping: usually take 7-10 business days
②Standard shipping: usually take 15-20 business days

Q: Do you provide proof of the bobblehead?

A: Within 12 business days, after you place an order, we will send you a proof email (only the head).
Sculpting, especially when the subject is a human, is a very subjective process, we can't guarantee 100% similarity to the image you provide.
Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email. Our artists will modify the Bobblehead according to your opinions and provide multiple proofing services when necessary.

Q: What if I don’t like my bobblehead? Do you offer refunds?

A: Yes. Bestfacegift offers a "No questions asked“money-back guarantee that is valid during the creation process of your custom figurine. This means that you can cancel your order anytime after pre-shipping. In order to avoid non-serious orders, a cancellation fee of 40% will be deducted from the payment you made when ordering. This refund policy does not apply to bulk orders. In case you order more than one custom doll, the prototype (first sample) will be treated in accordance with our "No questions asked" money-back guarantee, however, after the approval of the prototype by the customer, no more refunds are possible for the complete bulk order. Since bobbleheads are customized products, once the bobblehead is produced, we will not be able to be sold for the second time, applicable laws don’t require us to accept returns or grant refunds. So once the products are shipped, we do not support refunds. If you need a refund for special reasons, you must contact our customer service first, we do not accept a unilateral refund and return service.

Q: How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 20 business days to process before they are shipped due to the customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders. Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

Q: What materials are used?

A: We use a type of nontoxic, polychrome, and transformable material named polymer clay, which can make your bobblehead very colorful and alive-looking. We do not need to paint the custom bobblehead the color won't fade away and rub off. Many other suppliers use cheap poly resin to make the bobblehead, and they paint it head-to-toe, which makes it very crude.

Q: What if my bobblehead is broken when I receive it in the parcel?

A: Our bobblehead dolls are very well-packed, and damages during shipping rarely occur. However, if this happens to you(within 7 days based on the original delivery date of your package), we will provide you with a replacement doll free of charge. In order to utilize the shipping insurance, we kindly ask our customers to open the parcels in the presence of the person making the delivery. Please file a report with this person in case of any damage and please email contact@bestfacegift.com with the order number and photos of the damaged Bobblehead.
Our factory will remake the same one for you after receiving the photographic proof of the damage. And still will provide proofing mail to get your confirmation. The replacement Bobblehead will be shipped to you within 20 business days.
